ApplicationConfigurationPopulator	This class defines a java.util.ServiceLoader service which enables programmatic configuration of the JSF runtime using the existing Application Configuration Resources schema.
ApplicationFactory	ApplicationFactory is a factory object that creates (if needed) and returns Application instances.
